📋 How to Make a Claim:
- Take a clear photo of the damaged decal showing the issue
- Email us with your original order number
- Include a brief description of when you noticed the problem
- We'll review your claim within 2 business days
- Once approved, we'll produce and ship your free replacement
✗ What's Not Covered:
- Damage from improper installation or removal
- Intentional damage or misuse
- Damage from car washes with heavy brushes (touchless is fine)
- Damage from accidents, collisions, or vandalism
- Normal wear on edges from repeated cleaning
